Virtual Tour Follow Up is KEY to Success

It is now more important than ever to make sure your customers are properly linking up their 360 virtual tours. If you are not already following up with your customers then you need to start this as soon as possible. Stop potentially bad habits, oversights or improper linking of your virtual tours before you have a mess on your hands.

From the very start of our TC Virtual Tour company I noticed that many of our customers either used the wrong link altogether or did not link the virtual tour onto ALL of their sites. Remember that many real estate agents will have a personal website-- www.judylevin.com, a local company website-- www.cbgreatlakes.com , an MLS system-- www.taar.com and sometimes an national site-- www.ColdwellBanker.com .

Your single online 360 virtual tour MUST find its way to all of these sites or you are not doing justice to your work. That is a LOT of checking up on if you're doing several virtual tours a month but very little work if you simply make this a standard operational procedure after you bring on any new customer and perform their first tour. Do what Team BlueLaVa does and write up a nice follow up email and edit a page on your website so you can display the virtual tour linking instructions that will utilize our nice fancy tour buttons.

Send out this tour follow up email after you do your first tour or two for a new customer and you will find this works out any kinks that may be hiding in your system. Perhaps then schedule a quarterly maintenance email but typically the real estate agents are good about passing the process over to the assistants or in many cases...you.

Don't let it bog you down! The linking of virtual tours is not only very complicated for some real estate agents people to grasp but can also be very overwhelming for the virtual tour provider. With proper use of good note taking on each of your customers you will quickly learn who each virtual tour link goes to.

Make sure your virtual tours have maximum reach and impact. The better the tours do the more orders you will get. TRUST ME!

Good luck out there!

Traverse City Virtual Tours now in 2D AND 3D

Traverse City Virtual Tour Company, BlueLaVaMedia is pleased to announce that all 360 virtual tours are now delivered in both FLASH 2D and JAVA 3D based technology!

It is now more important than ever to be sure that the end user is able to fully enjoy the interactive media that we create for you. By using both Flash and Java based technologies we are able to guarantee that virtual tours are enjoyed by an even larger audience than ever before without the need of stopping to download a plug-in.

Our Java technology displays virtual tours in a 3D environment and optically corrects the rooms free from distortion in a way that the eye would normally perceive the rooms. Our Flash technology displays the rooms in a 2D environment but does not optically correct the room leaving end users with a sharper and crisper view of your property.

It is our goal to continually make online property shopping a more reliable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Team BlueLaVa Hits the Real Estate Trade Shows

On Wednesday, May 7th team BlueLaVa packed up and hit the local Traverse City Board of Realtors trade show entitled Strawberries and Toast. This show is an annual event that typically brings several hundred Traverse City real estate agents and many vendors from in and around the Grand Traverse region. We were fortunate enough to be the only Traverse City virtual tour company to attend the show this year.

With Jim being what many would call a local living photography legend here in Traverse City, the people continuously flocked around our booth to see what new and exciting powerful property marketing tools were now available. For the most part people really loved the concept of our single property websites and our PanoRiders™. The next big hit of the show was our cute business card sized CD’s, Night Shots and our Blue Bird’s-Eye elevated shot.

Most of the attendees found that our offerings were priced very affordably and loved the fact that we are fully insured and have our lock box certification allowing Jim to move freely in and out of the homes during his virtual tour shoots. Shooting Traverse City virtual tours is one thing, but being able to offer a real estate agent an entire marketing program is another.

When we meet with a new customer for the first time we sit down and lay out all of our offerings that leave a lasting impression on a home seller and a shopper. We let the real estate agents embed our virtual tours and marketing tools right into their marketing pitch thus giving them the upper hand when it comes to leaving that lasting impression during a listing presentation.

Our unique offerings and beautiful interactive virtual tours are winning over new customers every day. Thanks to Jim Blue photography, the RTV virtual tour system, our powerful marketing tools and a little creativity BlueLaVaMedia is heading into what will be a great and profitable summer.

Until the next local trade show!

Good luck out there everyone.
