Milwaukee Virtual Tours & Night Shots

Night Photography what a great topic for The IMAGE.  Last night’s IMAGE was filled with some great suggestions and tips from an excellent photographer Brian Peterson. The team here at 360 Image Media offering Milwaukee Virtual Tours, really learned some great new ideas and tricks to make our night photography even better. We will also experiment with some of the tips learned and apply them to some low lighting and creative shoots we have coming up real soon. With this enhanced virtual tour photography knowledge we are also really looking forward to the launch of the new Full Screen HD virtual tours

The artistic quality and creative feel of night photography has also prompted my team to create a new blog for posting RTV dealers night shots. So for all you experienced pros and you new dealers out there the blog address will be as follows http://rtvnightgallery.blogspot.com/.  So start submitting your night shots and descriptions now and display your talents as well as increase your Google Juice. Submissions can be made to 360 Image Media Night Shot Blog by sending us an email.

Now for our second tidbit of information. We have recently stumbled upon a new way to increase your Google Juice and your page rank. What is it you ask?  BING.  Really you say how can BING improve my Google juice. Well we have recently discovered that signing up for the BING community so that we could improve our ranking within BING search engines, has also given us Google juice by having our BING community profile rank organically in the Google Search Engine. So fill out the profile and sign up for the Bing community now, so you can get even more exposure. Bing has had enough Google juice to occasionally get our profile on the first page of the Google results when searching for our Company Name.  So there it is BING increases Google Juice and helps you gain exposure. Also make sure you sign up for Bing webmaster tools and submit your site and setup there xml verification to get them crawling your site as well.

That’s all for now.

Thanks for stopping by our website!

Outshine Your Competition

"As an Indianapolis Real Estate Auctioneer and Broker, RTV's virtual tour software offers me a distinctive service differentiator. None of my local auction competitors have the ability to offer such a product. I mix it up a bit by providing 360° panorama virtual tours as value proposition which is always enjoyed by my varied client base.

Bonham's is affiliated with United County Auction Services - the largest national organization of auctioneers, holding auction licenses in 48 states. We work with Lawyers, Bank Asset Managers, People that are Downsizing, etc., to auction Commercial & Residential Real Estate and Personal Property. These clients all expect quality and timely service. Offering Indianapolis Virtual Tours and Real Estate Video Tips through Video Connector provides services and capabilities not offered by my competitors.

Having been in the Auction and Real Estate business for 10 years, I know the importance of growth and business development through adding service capabilities and improving your personal & personnel skills. For personal development, I have attained my AARE auction real estate accreditation, will complete my CAI designation in 2 month. I sit in on various training webinars offered by RTV, the National Auctioneer Association, etc. For business development, we are always looking for better staff, newer technology and updated software. All of these things have helped us grow our business, make us more profitable and better serve the needs of our customers.

Soon, I will extend my virtual tour service to new business sectors. In the past, my business services were offered just for my auction real estate. The business goal for 2010 is to offer 360° panorama virtual tours to area real estate brokerage firms, corporations and public business facilities. As a part of our growth plan, Bonham's will have RTV prepare a dedicated website under the name: Circle City 360° Virtual Tours.

Bonham's associated with RTV about 14 months ago. It has been a positive relationship and a very good business decision for our auction business. Thanks RTV!"

Roundtoits

The other day I wrote about 'Life gets in the Way'. Check my blog past.  Now I want to talk about roundtoits.  I wonder how many of you already know what a roundtoit is?  Roundtoits are closely linked to 'Life getting in the way'.  Many people have roundtoits in their lives, some of them big, some small, some expensive, some cheap.  Having said that, I must state that a roundtoit is worthless!! A roundtoit is worth just about as much as a dream, especially a day-dream.  Actually roundtoits are worth about as much as a wooden nickel.  Some people actually give roundtoits to their friends, the friends that they know can handle it.  Some people carry their roundtoits in their pockets to remind themselves.  So OK, what is a roundtoit?  Just that, it is something that you want/need to do but don't have the time now, so you will eventually get ROUND TO IT!   Now when I offer you all the positives in having a San Antoinio Virtual Tour done, and you say, yeah, that sounds good, but I don't/can't take the time now, but I want/will look into it, you have just generated another roundtoit. Some people get so bogged down with their roundtoits, that they never get ahead.  They're too busy because "Life Gets In The Way".  Don't put off making use of the technology and professionalism brought to you by AlamoAreaVirtualTours   Stay tuned for Earth Shattering news brought to you by L'oeil L'esprit (Mind's Eye) under the tutelage of Real Tour Vision.

Attitude is Altitude

There is nothing like a best friend you can count on to say just the right things, keep your secrets and believe in you. That’s why I called mine last night as I was obsessing about a presentation I had to give today to 20 Nova Scotia real estate agents.

I am currently taking a Toastmasters Leadership course to help me establish my confidence and public speaking skills, but this was to be my very first opportunity to speak in front of (what I call) a large crowd. Nervous was an understatement.

She told me (my BFF) just say to yourself, “I’M NANCY FREAKIN BAIN, AND I’M A MARKETING GENIUS” It seemed funny at the time (and I needed a good laugh) but it was my last thought before I went to sleep and my first thought this morning. I remember a teacher telling me once in high school, “Attitude is Altitude”

Armed with Attitude my strategy CHANGED the minute I stood before them during my virtual tour and property marketing presentation. I had planned to show 3 of my youtube marketing videos and allow time for questions. (a cop out - very little speaking on my part) But as I looked out at their faces, I realized: 1) I had a captive audience 2) They were anxious to hear what I had to say and 3) They were not two headed hairy monsters! And I thought to myself, “I’m Nancy freakin Bain, and I’m a marketing genius!”

And then it happened. I exploded with passion as I told them how my Nova Scotia virtual tours would save them time and money. (Home Buyers who used virtual tours as a significant portion of their home-buying experience spent an average of two weeks with a Realtor® looking at homes, compared to those who did not use the internet, who spent an average of seven weeks looking for their home. (2008 RIS Media)

I explained how our 360 virtual tours have an html template as opposed to a flash one which allows them to easily rank organically on google (because of our spider link technology) on address name, agent name or both. I bragged how our interactive virtual tours had social networking “built-in” to the virtual tour window enabling the viewer to upload them to some of the top authority social networking sites with a click of a button. I told them I would be soon be offering full screen high-definition virtual tours!

We discussed the FREE Social Ignition course offered at my site www.supernovastudios.ca and the advantages of social media marketing, back linking, and blogging. I invited them all to submit their blogs to me and I would post them to a “pumper site” I have created www.nsrealestatevine.com with backlinking and anchor text to their site.

Text message marketing was a hot topic as we discussed lead generation and INSTANT information available to increasingly impatient and tech savvy buyers.

Before I knew it, an hour had passed and I could see that they “got it”.

Out of 20 attendees 14 are now signed up for my Social Ignition course, I sold a virtual tour and have a solid lead on another.  I call that success! I call that marketing genius! And I can’t wait to do it again!

Life gets in the way

Life just gets in the way!  Where am I going with that?  Most of us get in the comfort zone and tend to stay there as we know where we are at and what the reasonable outcome will be, if we continue as we are and have been. When something new comes along, we may look at a change, but unless we are duly impressed, we don't act on it.  Even if we are impressed, with life going on so fast, we may tend to put something aside and figure we'll get back to it, someday.  We also think, well, I've survived as I am pretty well so far, so why put a possible wrench in the works.  Many resist change and are hesitant to even try change.  However in the high stakes game of real estate sales and competition, especially in the San Antonio area,  Realtors need to be open to change for the changing profile of tomorrows home buyers.  Tomorrow's home buyers are more technologically savvy and Realtors need to realize and change with this.  While a picture is worth a thousand words, a virtual tour, done right, presents a house in a different way than simple a slide show of stills.  A professional virtual tour provider will be able to show you the benefits and the highlights that makes a virtual tour more, much more, than simply a group of pictures stitched together.  L'oeil L'esprit Interactive virtual tours are produced with the highest quality filming and hosted by the world renown RTV servers.  But it doesn't end there.  The little add-ons mark the difference.  You tell your children, 'if you don't try it once, you may never know what you missed and you may even find you like it'.  I say that to you also, if you don't try at least one virtual tour to find out what it can do for you and your business, you'll never know what you may have missed. Life gets in the way.

AlamoAreaVirtualTours wants to fill in that void for you.  We provide the highest quality interactive virtual tours in the San Antonio area,  and include Uvalde, Del Rio, and Eagle Pass.

Virtual Staging Sales Begin

We're starting to see the very first virtual staging images roll off the assembly lines.  RTV proudly gives our tip of the hat to Suzanne Feinberg from Scottsdale Virtual Tour Company PowerVision360.com for getting the very first virtual staging order completed over the weekend.

The quality level shown above is quite amazing considering what we're seeing from other companies virtual home staging products.  RTV has led the way in 3D Renderings and 3D Walkthroughs for many years now.  It is likely that our virtual staging product will also dominate the industry.

If you're looking for a source for virtual staging contact RTV today to order this from a local RTV virtual tour provider.  We offer two quality levels and deliver a very fast turn around time.

Realtors Relaxation

Spring is just around the corner, well at least in Eagle Pass and San Antonio Texas it is!!!  And thoughts turn to romance?? no, no, no, they turn to the grill and having Barbecue etc. (Well OK, romance too).  However along with barbecue comes the cleanup of the grill in order to keep bugs etc out and not have it caked with crude.  The answer I found is to use a cast iron griddle.  Cast Iron griddles that are 24 X 18 inch with flat side and other side a raised grill side is the answer for more than one reason.

1st) The juices stay around the meat and don't cause burning of the meat, etc.

2nd) The heat is more even

3rd) The grill is taken out when cool and easily cleaned. (the secret to cleaning the grill is that the grill is properly seasoned).

Well how do you season a grill?  Most of these grills come preseasoned. If not, you need only to heat the grill up hot, hot, hot and then put grease on it and keep the grease on it until the grill turns black. Then allow it to cool.(check the web for a better description than I'm giving here)

4th) Each time you grill, you actually season the grill a little more.  In a few grill sessions, you're grill will have a black satin sheen, and you will find it to be relatively stick proof. yes, you will still have a little sticking, but not like on your grill's steel/open cast iron.

5th) The ease with which you can clean the grill is delightful:  After the grill is cool, simply set it in/on the sink, put some water on the grill and allow it to set for a couple of hours.   WHOA you say. That will cause it to rust.  NO, it will not rust, b/c it is so well seasoned, the water will NOT get in the pores or be able to react with the iron, it will simply loosen up what little is sticking.  A good BRASS brush that is gently used will complete the job.  You can even use a little dishwashing soap to help clean the grill. Rinse and dry with paper towels, preferably not your spouse's dish drying towel (there will always be a little grease spots to come off)

For the first couple of months, after cleaning I would spray some pam on the grill, let it set a few minutes and then wipe off well with some more paper towels and put the grill to bed till next time.

The price:  $40 plus depending if you go on line or to Bass Pro shop or a sport shop.

The name:  mine is 'Camp Chef'

Happy grilling!!!

This is what I do between virtual tours provided by AlamoAreaVirtualtours

Panorama Jack on "When Malware Strikes"

Dear Jack,

During the RTV virtual tour webinar regarding the LifeLock system, Jason LaVanture mentioned a few steps to take if you thought you had spyware on your computer.  Could you please do me a HUGE favor and outline those steps?

Yours Truly,

Melissa

Melissa my dear,

Thank you so much for your interest in keeping your computer running smoothly. There's simply nothing worse than having a virus or spyware taking your valuable time away from you.  Let me run through what Jason (The Virtual Tour Guru) was talking about on the webinar and explain what he referred to as "Protocol".

Before spyware does strike you down you should arm yourself by going to http://www.avast.com/download-software  and http://www.malwarebytes.org/  and http://www.atribune.org/ for the ATF cleaner.  These three programs should be installed on your computer and you should regularly get updates for them.

Should you ever feel that your computer is running slowly or that you're infected you should immediately take the following protocol:

1. Update Malwarebytes and then unplug yourself from the Internet

2. Turn off System Restore (I know this is a scary thing to do but please trust me!)

3. Reboot your computer in safe mode with networking by pressing F8 during boot

4. Once logged into windows run the ATF cleaner and remove all

5. Run Malwarebytes and perform a full scan

6. Once scan is complete reboot your machine once again in safe mode

7. Run Malwarebytes again, check for updates (plug in briefly and then unplug), and run a full scan

8. Continue scanning and rebooting in safe mode until your scan comes up clean

9. Boot into regular windows, plug back into the Internet, update Malwarebytes again and run another full scan

10. If the scan comes up clean turn System Restore back on and consider yourself very LUCKY!

11. Good luck out there!

Print these directions off now and tuck them away somewhere.  Trust me, when you've got 1800 Virtual Tour Providers around the World you tend to deal with this on a daily basis!
